ACCI Extends Eid-Maulud Greetings To Muslims, Calls for National Prayers

The President of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ACCI, Chief Emeka Obegolu has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim faithful as they celebrate the 2024 Eid-Maulud, marking the birthday of Prophet Muhammad.

This significant occasion reflects a deep respect and reference for the Prophet, who is revered as the messenger of God.

In a statement in Abuja, Chief Obegolu encourages all Muslims to use this period for profound reflection on the exemplary life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad .

He emphasized that the teachings can inspire positive contributions toward the betterment of Nigeria.

β€œIn this special time, let us all make the most of the public holiday to seek divine intervention for the advancement of our nation. Our country is facing numerous challenges, and we must earnestly pray for peace, unity, and prosperity. We need God’s guidance to navigate these trying times and foster an environment conducive to growth and development,” he said.

He called for prayers for a revitalized business environment and for the implementation of favorable policies that will enhance economic development.

β€œThe business community, crucial to our national economy, is hopeful for positive changes that will drive growth and prosperity. We urge the government to introduce supportive policies that will benefit businesses and boost economic progress.”

In his words “As the leader of the business community in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and surrounding areas and Ibelieves that with collective effort and favorable governmental support, Nigeria can overcome its current challenges and achieve greater heights.
