Kapital FM 92.9 The Station that Rocks!
Residents of Gwagwalada Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory have been advised to sustain the peaceful coexistence among religious groups in the area.
The Aguma of Gwagwalada, Alhaji Muhammadu Magaji gave the advice during the Maiden Durbar Festival in Gwagwalada Abuja.
Alhaji Magaji said the festival was to further promote the spirit of unity and peace among the people.
In a remark, the District Head of Kasanki, Alhaji Abubakar Mohammed stated that the festival was also aimed at promoting the rich cultural heritage of people of the area.
On his part, the Dan Masani, Gwagwalada, Mallam Abubakar Aliyu called for more programmes that would enhance the progress of the area.
