The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Kemi Nandap has ordered Comptrollers stationed at States and Border commands along the Nigeria – Niger Republic border to promptly lift restrictions on human movements.
A statement by a Public Relations Officer at the Nigeria Immigration Service, Kenneth Kure says the order follows the Federal Government’s directive to reopen borders between Nigeria and Niger Republic.
According to the statement, the Comptroller General of Immigration assures the public of the Service’s unwavering dedication to facilitating safe and orderly border crossings while upholding the security of Nigeria’s borders.
