AFCON : Kalu Hails Super Eagles’ Victory Over Cameroon

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Benjamin Kalu, has urged the Super Eagles of Nigeria to go all out and win the Africa Cup of Nations.

In a Statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Levinus Nwabughiogu, Mr. Kalu who emphasizes that their win over the Cameroonian National Team reinforces the dominance of the Super Eagles over the Indomitable Lions hails the display of technical prowess and cohesion among the Super Eagles players which propelled them to victory.

He therefore calls on the Super Eagles to neither retreat nor surrender until the trophy is lifted and brought back home.

Mr. Kalu, also commends coach José Peseiro and the entire technical crew for their invaluable contributions to the success of the team, urging them not to relent in their efforts.

The Deputy Speaker calls on relevant authorities and stakeholders in charge of the management of the team to prioritize the welfare of the players so as to buoy up their spirit until the end of the tournament.
