AASG Solicits Support For PBAT

The Amalgamated All Progressive Congress Support Groups, AASG, has urged Nigerians to support the government of president Bola Tinubu in delivering the dividends of democracy to the people.

The convener of the group, Dr. AK Peters made the appeal at a news conference in Abuja.

According to him, the president’s renewed hope agenda is the only way to revive Nigeria’s economy.

“We urge Nigerians to support Mr. President’s “Renewed Hope Agenda” as it is the only sure way to the Nigeria of our dream” Dr. Peters added.

“it is no longer news that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu met Nigeria in an ailing state. We praise Mr. President’s courage and dexterity at reviving the ‘Can Do Spirit’ of Nigerians with the excellent decisions he is taking to bring the economy back on track”.

Dr. Peters appealed to the President to also consider members of the group for appointments into his government as they have the best of brains, hands that can bring the Renewed Hope Agenda to fruition.

He also commended the leadership of the APC under the able stewardship of the National Chairman, Abdulahi Umar Ganduje for the fatherly manner he handled the Amalgamated APC Support Groups crisis.

“We promise to remain loyal to the party, his office and person at all times. The National Organizing Secretary, Alh. Suleiman Argungu, the National Working Committee and National Executive Committee of the APC have robustly engaged Support Groups and ensured a sound working relationship. We praise this great effort” Dr. Peters noted.
