The Governor, Abiodun Oyebanji made this known when he paid a courtesy visit on the Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Oladele Alake in his office in Abuja.
Governor Oyebanji explained that the collaboration would create avenue for his state to key into the ministry’s vision so as to derive maximum socio-economic benefits for his people.
”Reason of my visit is to discuss how Ekiti state can work with the solid Ministry, any state that wants to develop must key into this vision because in this vision, I see a lot of opportunities and it will create wealth, jobs as well as increase security.” He added.
On his part, the Minister of Solid Minerals Development Dr Oladele Alake noted that Ekiti state is endowed with both natural and mineral resources with benefits of highly competitive cost in exploration and extraction.
