Information Minister Tours Radio Nigeria

The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, embarked on a tour of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) with a mission to address its challenges and enhance its technological capabilities.

Accompanied by the FRCN Director-General, Mansur Liman, and other top officials, the minister explored the various departments and units within Radio House.

Engaging with staff, Idris acknowledged the hurdles the corporation faces but lauded their commitment and gave assurance of addressing the challenges.

The DG FRCN also briefed the minister on recent developments, including the establishment of FM stations nationwide, while emphasizing the need for technological advancement and additional staff recruitment to address staffing shortages at many FM stations.
