todaySeptember 16, 2023

Background

Nigerians have been advised to be patient towards overcoming challenges in their day-to-day activities.

The Chairman, of the 2023 Regional Convention of Jehovah Witnesses, Mr. Ahmadu Adamu Garba gave the advise during the Convention in Kwali Abuja with the theme “Exercise Patience”.

The Chairman who expressed concern over the impatient attitude of some Nigerians said the society would be a better place if everyone is patient for a better tomorrow.

“Today we live in a world that is filled with impatience, we want to be careful not to allow the impatience of the world to rub off on us and we saw examples of how our Creator, Jehovah is patient and also how Jesus, His son is equally patient as well as how several faithful servants of God of old in the past were patient hence the need for us to embrace this good virtue in all our endeavors towards ensuring success and breakthrough ” He stated.

According to him, the delegates at the convention will be better informed on the Importance of this vital Christian quality and demonstrate to others that they are patient people by following the examples of Jehovah God.

Mr Garba therefore advised the delegates at the convention to put into practice what they have learned during the programme by being a shining example and good Ambassadors of Jehovah Witnesses wherever they found themselves.
