The National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Awka, Anambra State has dismissed all the charges solicited by Andy Azike of the Labour Party (LP) against Dominic Okafor of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, on the National Assembly election of 25th February, 2023.
In a judgement, the court flawed all the charges levied against the first respondent in the matter for lacking merit and substantial evidence.
In his response to the judgement, Dominic Okafor thanked God who has chosen him through the votes of the people of Aguata Federal Constituency.
He also appreciated his constituents who elected him, while pledging his commitment to serve their interests.
He equally enjoined Andy Azike to join him as a great son of Aguata to move Aguata Federal Constituency to greater heights.
