Canadian Open: Murray Reaches Last 16
Andy Murray fought hard to overcome Australian qualifier Max Purcell to reach the last 16 at the Canadian Open. The 36-year-old Briton beat Purcell 7-6 (7-2) 3-6 7-5 in two hours and 47 minutes in Toronto. Murray will face Italian seventh seed Jannik Sinner for a place in the quarter-finals.
