Kogi Capable Of Becoming Business Hub For Nigeria – Ohiare

A former Director, Rural Electrification Agency, Doctor Sanusi Ohiare has called on the people of Kogi state to choose a capable leader that will consolidate the achievements of the present administration during the forthcoming Governorship election.

He made the call after his screening to contest for the Governorship primary election in the state under the platform of the All Progressives Congress in Abuja.

Dr. Ohiare noted that Kogi State is endowed with abundant natural resources that can boost internally generated revenue to reduce poverty and create employment.

The Kogi State Governorship aspirant also noted that time has come for the state to become a business hub of the country by establishing Inland waterways within the confluence zone of River Niger and River Benue.

Dr. Ohiare said Kogi State could be one of the best states in the country when an enabling environment is created for foreign investments to thrive.

He commended Governor Yahaya Bello for providing adequate security and uniting the entire people irrespective of tribe, religion and cultural backgrounds.
