The camp of the Super Eagles in Uyo will start bubbling on Monday (today) ahead of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe as the invited players will begin to troop in on the back of impressive performances for their respective clubs.

Nigeria will take on Lesotho on Thursday, November 16 in their first game of the series at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo before travelling to Rwanda for the Zimbabwe clash on November 19.

The Nigeria Football Federation last week released head coach Jose Peseiro’s 23-man list for the game with a maiden call-up for Bayer Leverkusen striker Nathan Tella while Napoli man, Victor Osimhen, AC Milan’s Samuel Chukwueze and Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi are out of the qualifiers due to injuries.

“Officials of the Super Eagles have already arrived in the Akwa Ibom State capital, with the players expected to start trooping into town on Monday,” the NFF said via a statement released by its head of media Ademola Olajire.ALSO READ:NNL Seeks Collaboration With ECN To Open Football Potentials
