New Chancellor Promises To Maintain World-class University

The new Vice chancellor of Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo, Professor Olanrewaju Olaniyan says he is committed to maintaining a world-class University that will produce quality graduates.

In a statement, the Vice-chancellor says plans are on to ensure that the first set of students are admitted for the twenty- twenty-three/twenty-twenty-four academic session in all the five faculties of the university.

It maintains that the university will in the next few years become a reference point for quality leadership at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

According to the statement, the Vice Chancellor commended Governor Oluseyi Makinde of Oyo state for appointing him as the pioneer Vice Chancellor of the university.

The university was formerly Emmanuel Alayande College of Education.
